These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the User", "you", "your") and ct9999 ("ct9999", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at https://ct9999.cam and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces and applications (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any portion of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines or policies applicable to specific features or promotions, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. ct9999 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

In these Terms, the following defined terms have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To register an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership or other legal entity;
2. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age stipulated by the operator's licensing jurisdiction or by the laws applicable in your country of residence, whichever is greater;
3. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not under guardianship, legal incapacity or other restriction that would render these Terms unenforceable against you;
4. You are accessing the Platform of your own free will and solely for personal, recreational purposes;
5. You are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or a citizen of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, or where ct9999 has restricted or suspended its Services;
6. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent or close family member of ct9999 or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers or licensed studios.

Each User is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether using the same identity, overlapping payment methods or shared device — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances, including Real Funds if fraud is established.

During registration you will be required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence and contact details. You represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful. Any subsequent change to personal information must be reported to ct9999 through the appropriate account support channel promptly.

KYC Verification: ct9999 is required to carry out identity and age verification before processing withdrawal requests. Verification may also be initiated at any point if there is reasonable cause to do so. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following:

• Government-issued photo identification (national identity card, passport or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within the preceding three (3) months (utility bill or bank statement);
• Proof of payment method ownership (scanned card, bank account screenshot or similar);
• Source of funds declaration or supporting documentation where required by AML procedures.

Your use of the Platform is subject to the following general conditions, which apply at all times:

• You must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms;
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. ct9999 will not be responsible for losses caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• You acknowledge that gambling involves a risk of losing money and accept that risk freely. ct9999 does not guarantee any outcome or return from use of the Services;
• You must not attempt to access, tamper with or disrupt any technical component of the Platform, including but not limited to software, servers, databases or network infrastructure;
• Automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or other non-human means of interacting with the Platform are strictly prohibited;
• ct9999 reserves the right to void any wager or transaction that it determines, acting reasonably, to have arisen from technical error, software malfunction or data feed failure;
• ct9999 may suspend or close your Account without prior notice where it has grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached.

ct9999 accepts deposits through a range of payment methods, which may vary by user jurisdiction and are subject to change. References to payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, BTC and USDT are provided for informational context only. Availability of specific methods must be confirmed on the live cashier page at the time of transaction. The mention of these payment brands does not constitute or imply any endorsement by those providers of ct9999's services, or any affiliation between those providers and gambling activities.

Deposits: All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified through KYC before any withdrawal can be processed;
• Any applicable Bonus Funds Wagering Requirements attached to your balance must be met before those associated funds are withdrawable;
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit, where technically possible, to comply with AML obligations;
• ct9999 reserves the right to perform additional due diligence checks before approving a withdrawal request, which may extend processing times;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section;
• ct9999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions or network outages.

ct9999 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and loyalty rewards. All such offers are subject to individual promotion terms, which are published alongside the relevant offer and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between individual promotion terms and these general Terms, the individual promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that specific offer.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus Funds (or combined Real + Bonus Funds) must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal eligibility is established. Wagering requirements are stated on each promotion page;
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, placing a single bet exceeding the stated maximum (commonly between PKR 500 and PKR 1,000, or the equivalent in other currencies) may result in the forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and related winnings;
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward satisfying a Wagering Requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer and table games may contribute a lower percentage. Full contribution tables are published with each promotion;
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not wagered through within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your Account balance without compensation;

• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your Account at any given time;
• Abuse and Collusion: ct9999 reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim Bonus Funds — including associated winnings — if it determines that a bonus has been exploited, abused or obtained through misrepresentation, multi-accounting, collusion or any other prohibited method.

ct9999 provides sports betting markets covering a range of international and domestic sporting events, including Pakistan cricket (PSL, ICC tournaments, bilateral series), international football, UFC, and other sports. By placing any sports wager on the Platform, you agree to the following:

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds and market rules displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance;
• ct9999 reserves the right to restrict or limit bet sizes on specific markets, specific events or for specific Accounts at its sole discretion;
• Where an event is cancelled, postponed or voided, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific settlement rules published in our Help Center;
• In-play bets are accepted subject to live data feed accuracy. ct9999 is not liable for bets accepted during periods of data feed delay or interruption. ct9999 reserves the right to void in-play bets accepted during a data disruption;
• ct9999 does not endorse, represent or affiliate with any sporting league, tournament organiser, national cricket board or sports federation, including but not limited to the Pakistan Super League (PSL) or the International Cricket Council (ICC). Sports names and event names are used for descriptive, informational purposes only;
• Winnings from settled sports bets will be credited to your Account balance. Any dispute regarding bet settlement must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event's conclusion.

Game-specific rules govern the operation of each title and are accessible via the individual game's information panel. Return-to-Player (RTP) figures, where displayed, are sourced from studio-published data and represent long-term theoretical averages — they do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.

• Colluding with other players, exploiting software vulnerabilities or engaging in any form of cheating;

No part of the Platform's content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, modified or used to create derivative works without ct9999's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of any ct9999 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence depending on the applicable jurisdiction.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ct9999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and technology partners shall not be liable to you for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, whether direct or indirect;
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages of any kind;
• Losses arising from your inability to access the Platform due to technical outages, scheduled maintenance, network interruptions or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain errors;
• Losses arising from the actions of third-party payment providers, game studios or data feed suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ct9999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

ct9999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, ct9999 will take reasonable steps to notify registered Users — which may include a notice displayed upon login or an email to the address registered to your Account. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ct9999 holds its applicable operating license.

In the event of a dispute, you should first contact ct9999's customer support team, which will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter within a reasonable timeframe. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, any unresolved dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the rules applicable in the governing jurisdiction, to the exclusion of court proceedings, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Pakistani law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and applicable provincial legislation — is not referenced as the governing law for these Terms. ct9999 does not represent that its operations are licensed, approved, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any other Pakistani regulatory body. Users in Pakistan are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of this service complies with all applicable local laws.
